PEI Wellness Tax Credit - Receipt
To get the receipt for your summer soccer registration please use the following directions.
Use this link to get to your Account Log In page.
Login using the email and password you used to register for the summer season.
Once you are logged in you will see the Dashboard on the left hand side, click My Registrations.
A page should open that shows the registrations for all of the players in your family.
On the right hand side you will find Receipt.
Click this and the receipt will open up and can be printed.
